Our Service Policy

We would regard our customer relations as one of Interbrands Ghanas key strengths. Through carefully cultivated customer relationships, Interbrands Ghana creates the opportunity of growing volumes in each outlet. Our customer service policy concerns the following:

1. Market Visit
Weekly or bi-weekly market visits are executed

2. Sales Call
Consistent sales calls and follow-ups are being made, and fixed dates of visits to each customer are agreed on

3. Stock Level
Interbrands Ghana ensures 16 working days stock level at the customer

4. Account Reconciliation
On a monthly basis, Interbrands Ghana will perform account reconciliation

5. Marketing Support

  • Customers are supported with merchandising materials to enhance the visual attractiveness of their outlet
  • Rewards Schemes for performing Customer/Clients

6. Delivery system
Interbrands Ghana will use a 24 or 48 hour delivery system: customers who have a pre-sell visit from a sales representative will receive their product 48 hours later.
